Gulfstream  /  Our Process

From measurement to mooring.

Every project runs the same patient course — patterned on the boat, cut and sewn in our own loft, fitted on the water.

Artisan at the sewing bench

Patterned by hand. Stitched to last a decade at sea.

We don't pull canvas off a shelf. A craftsperson measures your boat, patterns each panel to its lines, and runs every seam through marine machines with UV-stable thread — the way fine canvas has always been made.

  • ·Solution-dyed, marine-grade cloth — fade, mildew and salt resistant.
  • ·Double-stitched seams and corrosion-proof hardware.
  • ·Patterned on the vessel. No generic sizing.

How a project comes together.

Clear at every stage — you'll know what's happening and when, from first measurement to final fit.

Feel it before you decide.

Photos can't tell you how a canvas wears. We'll send a curated set of marine-grade swatches in our full palette, so you can judge weight, weave and color in your own light.
